Seattle C League Ultimate

Last night, I went with Julie and Josh to their Team League team practice. They picked me up at work in their little turquoise Rabbit. I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was friendly. The fields were lit, which was great. We did a good warm-up including plyos and then did some drills. After practice, Julie and Josh drove me home. We picked up some Thai food on the way and I went to bed with a full stomach.
